Arush Return & Warranty Policies

Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?

A product can only be returned within 3 days of delivery if the below conditions are true: - The quality of the product is not as mentioned on the website. - The product is received partially damaged upon delivery or has a manufacturing defect. - The product should be in its original packaging & in fully re-saleable condition. If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.


Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from Arush?

Refund will be provided.


If I return the item, who pays for shipping the item back? Are there any other fees I need to pay to return the item?

Customer pays for shipping the item back to us incase of any returns or repairs.


How long will it take for me to get my refund from Arush?

Within 7 days upon receiving the return at our office.

What malfunctions or product problems do Arush warranties cover?

- The Warranty covers only the handset for a period of only one year from the date of purchase, - Accessories are not covered under the warranty i.e. battery, charger, headset, memory card, - The warranty will be voided in case of misuse of mobile phone such as accidental damage, breakage, scratches, shocks, water spills, humidity, rust, burns, LCD and programming faults or any damages resulting from electric shocks.


If there is something wrong in the product which is under warrantee, how long will it take Arush to pick it up, fix it and deliver it back?

Minimum time required to repair the phone can be between 2-15 working days


Who pays for shipping back and re-delivering the item?

Customer pays the shipping to and fro incase of repairs.


Can I return a product that has a malfunction and get my money back?

Yes, a product can be returned within 3 days of receiving the delivery if it has a manufacturing defect.


If an item I ordered turned out to be malfunctioning and Arush doesn’t have any other in stock to replace it, what happens then?

Refund or a similar value substitute will be offered.
