Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?

Yes Returns are permitted in Branddose. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for something wrong with the product, or you received a different of what you ordered. Click here to start your return process or contact BRANDDOSE customer service at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process. You will receive a label attachment from [email protected] with a return airway bill (AWB) number. Within two working days our representative will contact you for pickup formalities or you may drop the item to the nearest Aramex office with the return airway bill (AWB) number. Following that, please notify us by sending an email and a voucher will immediately be issued for your use. Please take in mind, that you can return only merchandise in resalable condition. Please ensure that all original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.


Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from BrandDose?

We only issue refund vouchers that can be used to purchase anything from BRANDDOSE again.


If I return the item, who pays for shipping the item back? Are there any other fees I need to pay to return the item?

We will hold the charges if the item has reached your doorstep with a defect. If you are unsatisfied with the product for any other reason than a defect, you will be charged a return sum of 20 AED as a return fees.
