FRAUD FROM BUY ON DUBAI.
My order is Order # BOD-110336.
I had an order in Dec 20th,2018 for Breville Barista Express. I was not getting and update then dicide to contact the Buy on Dubai CS via mail, on 24th they response for apologize and will proceed soon. In the next 2 days I send another email, and they response on 27th for another apoligize and promise will deliver the item on Jan 2th. I sent another email on 2th since stuff was not deliver, then on Jan 6th response from them that may order cancelled and will return my money in 1 week (it was debited from my card) .
I keep send an email as a reminder each week but until now still not my money back nor the Item I bought.
THIS IS A FRAUD from one on Dubai online shop; And with respect I would like to ask DUBAI Commerce Authority to investigate this case. !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE - I HAVE BEEN STOLEN. I bought a Playstation 4 on January 29th. My credit card was charged but the company has never delivered the product. I tried to call several times, sent emails and used the option "leave a message" on the company website . I'm still waiting for any answer but I lost all hope.

I placed my order on the 31st of Jan 2019 and till this day I have not received and updates on my order, nor did they inform me they were closed!!!! The number is not answering and they are not replying on their email. its stated on google that they are permanently closed and I already paid online. I guess I will never get my money back!! what a shame! SCREW THEM ALL

“Please accept our apology. We regret to inform you that your order number BOD-110298. has been canceled, since our vendor is not able to fulfill your order.”
But my credit card was charge with the full amount, after one month I am waiting my money refund, Be aware with this company, I would never recommend it.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM! Most egregious buying experience I've ever had. Bought but returned a large TV for ~AED 17K, but store did not follow returns policy stated in the website. It took me FIVE months to receive a store credit - even though I had the right to receive a credit back to my credit card, the store refused to return the money to me. An then, when I tried to use the store credit, the order has not been completed - It's been 2 months (!!!) and although I've sent emails, messages, and called the customer service number I got no response. They decided essentially to pocket my money. I hope you never have to go through this. read more

Cancelled a cheaper order for the same product from an overseas vendor because BuyOnDubai said they would deliver in 4-5 days and I leave the UAE on 6th Jan 2019. Order on 25th December 2018. 3rd Jan 2019 and still no delivery of the item to Abu Dhabi and no means of tracking it. Most infuriating is that no one is answering email, online chat or the phone lines given on their website.
This is an appalling service and I highly recommend you do not use it. Seeing other reviews with similar experiences tells me that this company / website has a history of very poor customer service. Use Amazon...at least their customer service works efficiently.read more

Not sure, they are available or once for all closed.
All I demand is only a response to the customer, at least for courtesy.

I ordered an item costing more than 3600 AED on 1 December. After two weeks they send message that the ordered has been cancelled due to vendor problem....and then promise to refund in 4-5 days. Now, two weeks later, still no refund. After several emails and phones calls, no further contact from anyone at BuyOnDubai. Now credit card fees and interest are accruing which they will be responsible for paying in addition to refund of original charges.

I bought the breville milk frother from buyondubai, following the link from pricena as it listed the lowest price. First I sent an email as it didn't update with the extended warranty, this was on 12th dec. Promptly I got a reply to use a different browser. I then placed the order and paid by credit card (my mistake should have gone for COD). The app now lists my order as placed (20th dec) but nothing after that. The phone number for their contact is disconnected. Emails are not being delivered. They have a whatsaap number which is not responding either. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
