Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from Fushanj?
We will provide Store Credit for 35 days after that if customer didn't use it they can get their funds back whether by Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer.
If I return the item, who pays for shipping the item back? Are there any other fees I need to pay to return the item?
Delivery and Pickup is FREE, but third time delivery is chargeable in amount of AED 20 - AED 30

if there is something wrong in the product which is under warranty, it takes 1 - 2 business days to pickup 2 - 5 days to check and 1 - 2 business days to deliver

If an item I ordered turned out to be malfunctioning and Fushanj doesn’t have any other in stock to replace it, what happens then?
If we don't have that item we will suggest another similar product, otherwise we will refund.
