Just Kidding Return & Warranty Policies
Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?
Return or exchange is permitted within 14 days of purchasing the original order, provided the items returned are as new, i.e. are unworn and have been returned with the original packaging, including tags. Returns that are damaged (including the packaging), soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. *For sanitary reasons swim wear and underwear are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned, sale and breastfeeding products also cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. Gifts can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase (no cash refund) with the same value when the goods are exchanged, or towards a higher priced item with any additional cash to be payable. Follow the return procedure mentioned above and if you don’t have the receipt/ order number, just include the buyer full contact and we will trace the receipt/ order number and do the needful.
Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from Just Kidding?
Once confirmed that item is in perfect sell able condition, we offer an electronic store credit (voucher code) to use on next purchase if purchased online or a store credit if purchased from a physical store. Please note that cash payments are never refunded. *Sale items are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
