Didn’t receive my product as I ordered and when they offered me another I agree as I waited before month and half to receive it and after they sent me a damage product and made complaint and still I can’t cook for my kids 3 month ago and they didn’t response any call or message

Worst online shopping experience
This is the worst online shop to deal with.
Delay in shipping and may be you will not get your ordered item nor your money back.
Customer service are horrible and always lying.
Stay away of this company or order on your risk.
I am pretty sure that all positive review are just paid reviews.

Order was cancelled by the store after full payment for it as they did not have stock
They promised refund within 15 to 20 days
Now it has been more than 6 weeks and there is no refund
When I email or call customer service they just pass the buck from one person to other and there is no mention of the refund
It appears to be a SCAM website

I didn't get my order yet and I am calling them but they will put call on hold..all my mobile balance also finished
They are making customers fool..if no one responce me ASAP I will report it to the police

WHAT A SILLY SURPRISE YOU JUST MADE FOR ME !!!!!!! I made an order on 5th of sep and I paid already and the order was confirmed as all the three items is available in stock and the delivery date should have been tomorrow!!! Out of no where I received a call from ur agent to tell me that TWO OUT OF THREE ITEMS I BOUGHT AIN’t AVAILABLE !!!! How are you keeping the customer wait for his order till only few hours before the delivery
then you tell me that I won’t get my items???????! Where have you been the last week since I made my order !!!!! It’s my ANNIVERSARY and I ARRANGED THE SURPRISE WHICH YOU JUST MESSED IT UP AND I DONT HOW THE HELL I CAN FIX THIS STUPID SITUATION TOU PUT ME IN WITH YOUR WORST SERVICE !!!!! I need someone to explain to me why would u do this after 5 long days I wait my order!!!!!

This site lists everything as being in stock, when in reality they have stock on almost nothing. They even have the audacity to 'confirm' your order, then do absolutely nothing. Then they will delay and literally lie to you, over the phone and on e-mail, until you hound them multiple times every day. Finally they will succumb and confirm that they actually have no stock. Then they try to sell you something else.
