Title: Unacceptable Experience with Cartlow: Incorrect Delivery and Subpar Warranty ServiceI recently encountered a series of disappointments with Cartlow that have left me feeling utterly frustrated and dissatisfied. Not only did they deliver the wrong item initially, but their warranty service has been shockingly inadequate.Upon receiving my order from Cartlow, I discovered that the item delivered was incorrect. Despite this error, I decided to accept it as I urgently needed a gas cooker at the time. Additionally, to my dismay, the item was missing a leg, which further compounded the issue.The initial disappointment with the incorrect delivery was only exacerbated by the subsequent ordeal with their warranty service. After encountering a problem with the oven, I promptly initiated a service request on January 22nd, only to be met with a string of delays, miscommunications, and unfulfilled promises.The pickup of the gas cooker finally occurred on February 1st, but the saga continued as I faced a complete lack of clarity regarding the status of the repair. Despite reassurances from Cartlow's support team that the appliance was still under warranty, the inspection team failed to acknowledge this, leading to unnecessary confusion and delays.Throughout this entire process, I have been met with poor communication, minimal accountability, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I have placed an order last 23rd of December and as shown, it will be delivered between 26th to 28th and now is already 28 and there is no sign of delivering the parcel today! They commit delivery dates but unable to do so. so I called the customer service to help me track the parcel just to feel more disappointed. ABDULLAH GANAL, the customer service representative, whom I was speaking with, was so RUDE!! I called because I want my parcel to be delivered and he was saying many excuses. As a customer, I think I have the right to ask and complain and instead of helping me, he kept on talking and didnt listen to what Im saying. This person has very poor customer service! عرض أقل

First and Worst experience I purchased laptop 29th June Last year worth AED 1199 , After few months Battery issue raised , Screen brightness issue, Keyboard alignment was not proper. After complaint they did something now from June this year Battery issue raised again half keyboard not working when i called Cartlow they are saying not in warranty. It means I just spend for 1 year. I am trying to sell them they are not buying this model. So it's a waste of money . Don't trust on there commitments. Its a frod.

The worst experience ever, I ordered a gaming laptop on the 27th of July and was suppose to be delivered a couple of days after and a week later nothing was delivered so I started sending emails and just lousy answers came back like we're following up then I received an email that the order is cancelled and the money shall be refunded back within 7 working days max and till now nothing happened and they don't answer back

I bought a controller for my little brother cause they claimed it to be original and for a cheap price but it was fake. I would have let it slide but it isn't working properly as well. They didn't respond right away thru email so I had to call them, next thing I know 3 delivery men came to pick up the return item. Of course, I gave it to the first guy but for some reason they don't know where the item is anymore. They accused me of cancelling the order even though I returned it properly, even gave them proof and called them many times for an update but nothing. 3 months since I returned it, 3 months since I've been asking for an update from them and no one called me at all. I will be reporting them soon because they are a bunch of scammers. They claim a product is second hand or original when in truth it's fake and I also heard that they sell stolen items so good luck with that.  عرض أقل

Very bad experience I don’t recommend them at all, 7 days based the delivery date and they don’t care, I am sending email calling now respond and they don’t give another date for delivery in the end I requested to cancel the order and now it is 3 days still order is not canceled, really I don’t recommend them

Good experience overall. Order arrived on time and the items were as described on the website. Will order again from them
