I bought an Iphone which was sold as brand new and for a similar price than one sold at the Apple store but big was my surprise and anger when I discovered it was first a used one and second a STOLEN and blacklisted phone. I was able to make use of this phone while in Dubai but it suddenly stopped working when I moved to France and used a local courier. The phone was coincidentally stolen and blacklisted in France. This company is fraud and they are selling illegal stuffs. Worst customer service I've ever seen I literally harassed them to get refunded but they would simply ship it back to us at your own cost. What you do is criminal offenses and you should never be able to trade again. Stay away and spend a few more pounds on a REAL phone from the Apple store. عرض أقل

Very bad seller.. do not trust any prices described on their platforms. I had purchased a mobile device based on pricena search. Letstango advertised product as the cheapest and “In Stock” . They only offered me card payment option and full payment was made. 24 hrs after receipt was send to me they called and said their “supplier” didnt have stock for the same mobile and if i wanted it i have to pay a higher price. If i didn't accept the price they will withhold delivery till price dropped in market. If i wanted the device as per delivery date on invoice i have to pay cash to the driver of 163 dhs extra. This supplier is a dealer /broker once they have your money they will hold it ransom. If you opt to cancel the order then you have to wait for them to recredit your money.

PKC ultimate protein keratin with collagen home care shampoo 300ml (33.33dhs)
When I got my delivery, first I couldn't check the delivery bag to see if I received all of my products that's what the courier said. So I payed the total amount 286 dhs, I opened my delivery and I saw one of my products missing which is mentioned above. I have payed 33.33dhs extra.
And i also have been calling the support number but no one is picking up.

I ordered and paid for the Sound bar to be posted in Seychelles. I received a call 2 days later from them, to tell me that they do not post to Seychelles, unless I pay another AED500 extra so that they can chose another way. I refused, and they agreed to cancel the order and refund my money. This was followed by a subsequent e-mail confirming the cancellation and refund. One month has passed, still no refund and they have not replied to 3 of my e-mails since then. I am reporting this case to Dubai Consumer Protection.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Placed order on 23rd December and after 1 unhelpful email, haven\'t heard from them since. The site doesn\'t accept international addresses, even a Dubai address gives a postcode error. No response from them via email linked to the order or multiple subsequent emails. No response on twitter, facebook or any other channel. So much for their promise of the \'best online shopping experience\'. The discount code worked for one day, and now doesn\'t work either. Regardless of the time of year, there is no excuse for such poor service. If you receive an order and email the customer then don\'t just ignore them when they reply.
Update following response- The website wouldn\'t allow the correct address to be entered! UAE was entered later to use Shop and Ship and even this would not validate the postcode. At no time were useful instructions sent to explain or assist. First twitter response took 8 days! Second 2 days, but it was too late by then. Sadly, the customer service wasn\'t up to par.عرض أقل

Pleasant experience except for the courier help desk, initially I did set the delivery date to Thursday, realizing that Thursday well be the 3rd day of Eid and I wont be home , I called the courier twice to change and confirm the delivery to Saturday and in both times I managed to get it shifted to Saturday. Come Thursday I receive a massage saying my order is out for delivery!! luckily I arrived an hour before the delivery and the delivery lady was nice, but the courier help desk is flat out useless. deducting a star for that.

They are selling very old stocks from their sister companies (what ever!), as they said, as it turns out the products are really defective, after only 2 days of use, despite claiming warranty the product seems to have a lot of problems along the run. So I don't trust this company and I will never ever gonna buy from them anymore. Take note you can only claim 1 service warranty after that you are on you own! or should I say, they don't care at all!

When I got to know that Letstango doesnt display products on their website that was out of stock, I found it difficult to believe. I know the ecommerce model runs where you order then the portal orders form a vendor closest to your location and gets them to delivered. Often the policies are not customer friendly especially with returns and COD. Due to my tight schedules and travel I 99% order online & have had many orders canceled due to unavailability. However, now im pretty accustomed to www.letstango. I give it atleast a 4 rating of 5.

Before buying one Casio Fashion Watch from Letstango, I called up the customer care to check on returns which was customer friendly policy. When it was delivered to my house, I changed my mind and opted for a return. When I opened the box, there are some scratches and bubbles on the screen guard of the phone. I ordered Samsung C9 Pro Gold English Version and got Taiwanese version. Sorry to say that We are totally disappointed with Letstango. I never buy or recommend letstango to anyone.

We immediately requested to collect the phone, however you were leaving for your home country and did not have the time for us to collect or for you to drop the phone at our pick up locations. We also sent several follow up emails to you.
You contacted us again on January 27, 2018 and agreed on our phone conversation that the phone is original. On February 7, you confirmed that the phone works perfectly and language is in English.
Our return policy is 15 days upon receipt of the purchased item . You were not able to return the item within 15 days and we did not have the chance to inspect the unit because you went on vacation for 1 month. You agreed over the phone that there is no issue with the unit.

i recently bought a TV , High End model from Lets tango with just a few dhs less than the market price and i called them many times to make sure its a genuine product and they confirmed its Genuine , Factory sealed and New .
When i received the TV , i noticed the sealing is not that perfect so i asked the LetsTango Team if this was opened and resealed and they said no no its new one and never opened and that sometimes due to storage the sealing is like that ..so i almost trusted them but i had to take another look , after deeply inspecting the package i found that it was double sealed ( i.e repackaged ) ..i told them this is an open unit and you lied to me ..they kept silent , i called their Office and they said ahh Sir sometimes we open the package and check it is working before we send it to you , this is company policy .....!!!! , Really !! ! An Open Box is a USED UNIT or might be worse and it is a refurbished and it was even clear from inside there is not fiber wrapping around the TV.. im truly disappoined in this online store and i will never buy from them again .
I do not recommend buying from LetsTango at all unless you want to buy a used unit , better buy from authentic shop like souq or any one else who has a word of trust !!عرض أقل

After the order was placed, within couple of days I received a call from them regretting the item unavailability which was due to supplier mistake.
However, immediately on next day I received another call from them apologizing for the issue & offering to get the same Item from another supplier whom was higher in price, surprisingly they decided bear the additional cost (the same was proven in supplier bill later on) & to charge me the same original price only. also when they delivered goods from supplier they promptly arranged for same day delivery.
I'm really happy with customer service staff help and their prompt support as they kept calling me almost daily twice to follow up the issue.
Eventually, It turned to be a good experience with letstango after i was initially upset.

Galaxy Note 8

I ordered a Galaxy Note 8 from LetsTango (single sim), I received the item and when I inspected the box closer I was shocked to see it was a US MODEL FROM VERIZON! These are not even legal to resell in the UAE, it should be reported to the TRA.
I contacted the customer support and a rude lady made it sound like it was my fault and asked me "did you specifically ask for a non-US model?", I thought it was a joke but as it turns out she was serious.
Then instead of sending someone with the correct UAE item to replace it (which was more expensive) they made me drive all the way to their office to return it then arrange a replacement which arrived late at night and I had to delay my flight to wait for it and pay 200 change fee. It would have been so much easier to buy it from the shop, the only helpful person was Ryan from customer service who followed up on the replacement.

I have placed my order Monday midnight still my order seems under processing I tried to contact them but they do not pick the phone! I tried to email them still I can not submit my concerns through there websites. I am absolutely disappointed from the service. And I prefer to pay more from other stores than taking this trouble one more time.

i just bought a NOKIA 6 64GB on letstango 4 DAYS before, the product received at mentioned delivery date. but the phone has some software problems and tends to restart as well hanging a lot of times.
i\'m a hardcore mobile user where i enjoy using every feature present in a mobile and an ordinary user would really take a long time to found this problem in the mobile.
this is my first purchase in letstango and now im too much worried why i select this online site because of the malfunctioning product.
i already sent an email to their customer support for the mobile replacement and waiting for their response.
really a very bad experience with letstango in the very first purchase. lets wait for their response and ill update here once it is finalized and will update the rating as well if their customer service is good or not...
Update after service: dear all... they concerned about my complaint and enquired on the problem. Letstango provided mw with a replacement of new Nokia mobile as per they promised in their customer service. One of the most horrible online experience I ever had! I place an order, for a day there are no respond. Than I called them and they promise to follow up with my order. Second day there are no respond. I found they my account at the web site is deleted and when I called them that told me that there are no item what I bought! Do not deal with those people at all. Save your time and your money

I can give a real review if an issue has happened, and the site customer service acted properly, or not. they did a mistake in listed price in their site. i placed my order. i called the customer support and even applied a discount on the wrong price. after 2 hours,,,,,, they called for cancellation as they did a mistake. as per the customer law, i could force them to complete my order. but no way,,, they are POOOOOOr. they should have protect their reputation.

I placed an order for an iPad Air 2 , I called them to confirm the availability and the customer service agent confirmed that they don't sell what they don't have. I selected the option to pay by card on delivery and I received a call the next day for order confirmation , then 4 hours later someone called me to tell that they don't have stocks!!! And he will cancel the order.
I'm really not satisfied and I don't recommend it to anyone

I had an interesting experience with these guys. At first I could not reach them after I placed my order. I wanted 3 Apple Watches. But they called me about one hour later and gave me an update. It's the first time I tried to use my credit card for shopping in UAE (I usually order from Amazon US) and it worked without issues on letstango.

I have ordered 2 Samsung Gear Fit Strap Orange but even after 6 days there was no update and when i called them up to check they said they will get back but that didn't happen. After waiting for another 2 days i sent an email to their support team after which they said that they don't have the said order in stock and will cancel the order.
