I usually check the price in Pricena for the product i want to purchase and trust it very much. As i want to buy airpods pro and i came to know via Pricena about lulu online purchase offer. I placed the order and after two days when it came to me for delivery. First is was not from lulu packaging and the delivery boy was from outside source and not any bill no any document s were provided for our assurance. After opening it when i tried to use it it was working as normal headphones and double taps and
touches not working well, Next day when i informed the customer care they clearly told me that we are not responsible after opening the product and they can,t do anything for it. As my order number is 0194212254 and they are committing to refund or exchange within 7 days, but they are not as per their promise. My advise better to go Amazon online as once your will find any defect or issues they are committed to replace or refund as i have experienced earlier. عرض أقل 18 May 2020

Very bad service to customers without any updates. Whenever calling, product will be delivered within 4-8 days even after a week, don’t know how possible

Staff went through the entire grocery list with me when it was delivers. They were very friendly, attentive. They also cares a lot about working for and the business of Lulu webstore. Food is fresh! Avocados great! (usually how I judge the quality of a super market). I will definitely keep ordering from Lulu!
