After I had placed the order, I got a call from the customer service agent who was very nice. She called to confirm my details and also asked about my experience on the website. She said she will take ownership of my order and follow up till I get it. Very good customer service.

from my experience they will cheat on you any how, doesn't require a genius to cheat on people these people think they are smart, after i received the fake item they sent, they even changed the pictures and the description on their website, wow impressive!
they don't deserve a single start but i have to so i can post this!

I bought an LG G5 in 2016. Awesome Phone, superb features and stuff. Then it started showing problems. I contacted them to collect the phone as it was under warranty. 3 months, 4 emails, at least 25 calls and all in vain. Nothing good has come out except that I have a faulty phone and shitty after sales service. They say that the "Management" has changed and gave me fake numbers and address to get the phone repaired. And finally they tell me to take it to some other Service center because they cannot do it. Never going to buy or recommend this online store. عرض أقل

VERY VERY BAD AGENT. it is a fake company providing a very low quality products. I bought iPhone from them and was not working (not starting up) and when sent it to them to repair it, no reply till now since 2 months and when went to their HQ office to complain, it was closed and there was no one even. they are very bad at customer service and I think not a real company just fake one making tricks by announcing low prices but in fact the products are faulty and never respect the warranty or even repair it. since 23rd August my phone is with them hoping they will repair it but this never happened till today. Never buy any product from Mobileshop.
They sell damaged products and do not take any action for replacement or refund.
I bought an iPhone around 2 weeks back and there was a problem with the screen. The backlight was flickering. I immediately sent a complaint email and received the response that they are sorry for this and the iPhone will be picked up and replaced with a new one.
It's been two weeks now and I haven't heard anything from them.
I sent two reminder mails to follow up and did not receive any response.

I placed an order for Samsung S7 edge black double SIM mobile and paid extra 25 AED for 24 hrs delivery , received payment failure error then called them and said they will proceed normally with the payment , My mobile didn't arrive, i called them again and they said it will be delivered on time, it didn't so i called and sent several escalation mails to refund my money, they said it will reflect instantly but it didn't and the amount was on hold since then and yesterday the amount got deducted from my account and then i called them again and sent many mails and i found out that the payment and refunds are managed by a third party company "Paytabs" and mobileshop said it is not their fault and they tried to reach out to Paytabs but i didn't receive neither my money nor my mobile and now it is the 6th day after i made the payment and nothing is paid to me, they stole my money! Ordered iPad Pro Wifi 128 gB - phoned to confirm availability, also live chat to recheck - chose express delivery (3Hrs) - order was supposed to have been delivered by 17:13 - I phoned them at 18:30 to find out what is going on - lady very rude, said she will phone back - when she eventually phoned back said they have only 2nd hand stock !!!

Placed an order for mid to high range smart phone and got a confirmation call next day. But on d 3rd day evening I was informed order is cancelled because product is not in stock....my question is if it was not in the stock then why it is listed on ur portal and even if it is a mistake why do u take 3 days after receiving the order to inform the customer that product is out of stock?

Misleading product information. They clearly mentioned that galaxy note 5 has 1 year warranty. We went from Abu Dhabi to Dubai to pickup the note 5 and they refused to provide 1 year warranty. What a shame. Pricena team should cancel this store's membership because of deceptive information.

I ordered iphone 5S 32gb and it was written at their website that it has a warranty of 1yr, But when i asked them about it after its delivery they said its only for 5days that was a big shock indeed. And after one day their original iphone charger adapter stopped working.

And if u are expecting delivery on a particular date don't even think of ordering from this site. One of the worst. And I got a call from them after a week of ordering asking if I need the phone , by tht time I bought from else where.

I ordered a S6 64GB Gold. It came sealed (Brand new) as expected. One issue was with the delivery, my location was clearly stated and filled on the website and the delivery guy kept calling me asking for my location and going to wrong places. took him an extra hour to reach my place which is very easy and obviously stated on the delivery address on the website.

Minus one, I purchased a LG gpad V500 mentioning it's factory seals. Indeed, the items was sealed but not the
original packaging. When opening, tablet appears to be used and many scratches appears at the back of the tablet. Deceived and betrayed. May Allah Azzawajalla guide them with honesty when doing business.
