Bad stroller ever
mumzworld.com from my experience in this website it's a very bad one i had every tried to buy from. they remove any bad reviews in their website and any bad comments in their page in facebook which is not acceptable , i bought a stroller it was big and not fit in my car bag i made return form then i sent it , the courier came and took it the cartoon was opened cause i can't put it back as the item is too big , they called me back and informed me if i have any pic that  عرض أقل

Terrible customer service and customer retention. I wanted to order the Donkey 3 twin stroller with multiple other things online worth almost 10,000aed. After speaking to their representative on the phone, who all are very pleasant to speak to, I was give wrong information. Wasted time downloading their app being told by their rep that I would be given 10% discount who failed to mention its only 50aed!! I asked her if there is a cap and she said no. After countless calls to their reps (only because I wanted the red canopy for the stroller) and speaking to  عرض أقل

Stroller
Took 6 days to deliver an item due to "repackaging" (literally only 2 stickers on the original box from distributor). But it was delivered, hence 2 stars instead of 1. Total fail at providing information on warranty, after 2 emails. The item was delivered without any warranty information. I received a response that someone will get back to me but so far they have not. Basically, I have a product for which I received no warranty or response from the retailer on what warranty is available, and I have no recourse in case of an error.

I'm very disappointed for their service and experienced something really bad after making advance payment for the product. It is 29 days past I have placed the order but not received the product completely. Received only half of ordered items.

Horrible experience, never again, it took them 4 weeks to deliver the item. and when it reach it was small so requested to return. they wanted me to pay 50dhs charge for the pick up. shame on you. even though i received an email from their costumer service saying that it will be free of charge. they want to make money from the pick up as well.

Worst site to buy and trust their customer service , where i was promised to receive the urgent delivery yesterday but didn't happen. and the delivery was not a fun or complimentary it was the vapo pads that were much needed for my son as he had a cold but the only thing that they said today sorry for the inconvenience and the refund needs 7 to 10 days .SHAME........ @mumzworld #mumzworls
