ما هي الأعطال أو المشاكل المغطاة من كفالة Overclockers؟

Manufacturer defect, not working product or not working as expected

إذا كان هناك عطل في المنتج الذي هو تحت الكفالة، كم من الوقت سوف يستغرق Overclockers لاستلامه، اصلاحه و إعادته؟

We will pick up the item within 2 days after being contacted by the customer. We deliver the fixed or replaced item back to the customer usually within 2 weeks.

هل أستطيع ترجيع أحد المنتجات التي فيها خلل و استرجاع النقود؟

If the item is opened then it cannot be returned but will be fixed or replaced by a new item and returned to the customer. If the item has not been opened then we can refund within 14 days of purchase and if the invoice is provided.

إذا تبين أن هنالك خلل في المنتج و لا يوجد لدى Overclockers منتج آخر لتبديله، ماذا يحصل؟

we will try to fix the item and if doesn't work out then we give the customer credit to buy another item from us
