Worst online merchant in the UAE. they delayed the delivery by 1 week and then just went and delivered to another address without calling or confirming the order or the buyer. Absolute disgrace this company is allowed to operate in the UAE

It is one of my worst experiences, This is the Second Time I have bought something from SSS online portal, First order got canceled after 4 days with the remark 'out of stock' and currently, I have been waiting for my item for the last many days and every day it changes the status as out for delivery in the morning and evening the status changes as 'Attempted'. Nobody contacted me and when I contacted CS, it was even worst. I will try not to buy any item from them in the future from SSS & will recommend everyone the same.

I wish there was an option to give negative Stars. ordered on 11th Nov, delivery was to be made within 4 days. Not received even after 10 days. Every day the status gets updated as out for delivery and then comes back to the hub. Requested a refund, was informed that it can be processed only after their invesgstion is over for which a time line is not given or I have to return the product.

I've had an unbelievably stressful time shopping here. Purchased a gift online (full price) received damaged - see photos. Their response? 'No refund allowed and rest assured the item hasn't been used'. Regardless, seal is broken and someone has definitely opened the product. The worst part of it all, when the delivery came, the driver stole an existing delivery on my doorstep. It has been 5 days and his phone has been off. SSS are not taking the matter seriously. The CCTV footage has been shared with the police. It has taken all of my time and energy to try and retrieve the parcel (which I paid extra to get next day delivery from the UK ahead of the weekend). Whole thing is a mess. They don't respond to calls or emails. Please do not shop with them.  عرض أقل

They sent the wrong size sneakers and never sent the refund

I had an exchange twice and they are the worst customer service ever. They do not reply , they keep you on hold and they take your money and never give it back. It took a whole month for them to answer my emails and online chat,And they end the chat with out even asking you. Until now I did not get my item at all and no one is helping, the customer service team is disrespectful and there return and exchange depart are frauds.

Literally no news to my exchanged item for the past one month. No contact number, email of customer service is only sending auto-mail, and no agent is calling after 48 hours as promised on their mail. It is almost like a scam.

I made an online purchase more than a month ago. They delivered one pair of shoes as I ordered, but both shoes were for the left foot. I immediately send them a return request and the item was returned to the courier team. SSS is not accepting the shipment back from the courier saying that there are some numbers written on the shoe box. The box was delivered just like that and I had send them the picture of the shoes and box as soon as I opened it. Even with the proof they are not ready to accept their mistake. From past 1 month I have been calling them and sending them mails and their response every time is "wait for 3 days to get an update". They are making us fools and dragging this whole issue. I have never had such a bad shopping experience in my life. Now the only thing left to do is file a consumer complaint through the Dubai Consumer App. I request all who have experienced this to do the same and report them. عرض أقل

i suggest doing it on a COD basis if you have too, ordered a pair of boots and apparently their system hadn't updated and only after i placed my order was i notified that the product was out of stock, i was still cool with this, the problem i had was in giving me my refund, i patiently awaited my refund in 5-7 days and as you can guess by now i got zilch apart for another request to wait 5-7days i will be waiting to get my money back after more than half the month it seems if i don't have to wait yet another 5-7days. i am well and truly pissed عرض أقل
