Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?

Customers can return products even if there is nothing wrong with them within 7 days of purchase. Products should not be open. If the product is open and it is considered not in a proper condition, it will be replaced or returned at no additional cost. Customers would need to send an image of the received product for approval.

Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from BasharaCare?

Both options are offered, customer can choose either a refund for the full value of the product(s) or a store credit

If I return the item, who pays for shipping the item back? Are there any other fees I need to pay to return the item? covers the cost.

How long will it take for me to get my refund from BasharaCare?

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are approved and sent within 5 days. For Credit Card orders, refund are transferred in hours if return is requested within 24 hours of purchase, else up to 21 days.

What malfunctions or product problems do BasharaCare warranties cover?

All products are sourced directly from certified suppliers however if the received product has been mishandled during shipping, Basharacare will replace the product. Electronic beauty device are covered by one year warranty.

If there is something wrong in the product which is under warrantee, how long will it take BasharaCare to pick it up, fix it and deliver it back?

Electronic devices will be picked up and replaced within 2 weeks. Creams will be replaced within 2 days.

Who pays for shipping back and re-delivering the item?

Yes, if the malfunction was reported within 7 days.
