The worst customer service ever, they are not listening the customer needs. If you place the order online be extremely carful as they will never refund it! While ordering online the return policy is not mentioned clearly even in email it is not visible. Example 1 bedsheet if it is purchased smaller size mistakenly, they will not accept a exchange when customer is ready to pay the difference, they were not listening the matter. Jason customer representative just said "it is policy, maybe you use it". This doesn't make any sense as bedsheet is SMALL. This further means that will be thrown away and wasted. bought steel outdoor sofa and get rusted after the first wash after 10 days, call the Danube care center very bad experience from not answering to promising to return the call, Manager not available to talk to and so on.
from my experience it was the first time I bought from the Danube, I will never buy again from them and not even heck their web or visit their shop

Cookware set

I just received my cookware set from danube. The qualilty is amazing and the amount of cookware i got is woow, for the price i paid this is a great offer! I would highly recommend danube home for all your kitchen items! Thank you for fast deliver and quality items!

The worse online service ever. And after sales support is big miss. They don’t know their rules and will never respond to email. Absolutely, not caring about customer relationships.
Will never buy from them again.

Sofa and many home accessories

They are damaging the reputation of online shopping. I don't think in UAE anyone provides such a poor service.
One of the worst online services ever, very lousy online service. Customer care not able to communicate with their online branch. The worst experience. More than three weeks and still my issue is not resolved after maybe more than 20 calls. Really not a professional brand, especially the online branch, it is the worst.
Wobbly coffee table
Sofa looked nothing like the picture. Not available in store to view. Said i can return the same day if I dont like it and get a full refund. Driver refused to take it and said will come tomorrow or day after. Customer service says they will have to charge 25% as it wasnt returned immediately and only provide credit note, not refund. If I knew it would be a credit note, i wouldn't have taken the risk. Waste of money, time and now stuck with an ugly couch and broken coffee table just before christmas.

There is a hidden condition in the ‘terms’ which says 'Goods sold on Sale will not be taken back'. You will find it only if you click the ‘terms’ button. This condition itself is invalid as customers have the right to return a product if they are not happy with the same.
I ordered a sofa and paid on line. The item was different from what was on the picture. The arm rest of the sofa was damaged and
they were not taking the sofa back. The sofa was delivered when we were not at home and only children were present due to which we could not verify the condition of the sofa. So found that the sofa was damaged only after we came back from work in the evening.
The customer Service is very unprofessional and it is almost impossible to get in touch with their manager for escalation. They will make excuses that the manager is in a meeting etc and will try their best not to connect you to the manager. They promise to call you back but will never. It took us close to 3 months and after several repeated threats to their manager that we would escalate the matter to the consumer court, they managed to take the products back and finally have our money back. I have several reminders of the emails I sent for the same as evidence. Avoid them at all costs! read more If I had the option I would not even give it a single star rating. The website mentioned straw fabric sofa bed but they sent an imitation leather one. After 3 months of follow up calls, emails and false promises by staff and the manager who promised to provide a refund and also admitted the description online was incorrect, the item was collected on 4th April but no sign of the cheque. further follow up is required. So basically Danube collected the item at their own convenience inspite of telling them I needed the space for another sofa bed. Now they seem to be taking time to send a cheque which I was told was ready 3 weeks ago. No compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience caused to us. How inconsiderate and unprofessional!
