Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?
All products must be returned to us unused and with all Wojooh tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice within 7 days of receipt of by you. We will not accept any returns for products if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from Faces?
If you paid: - by credit/debit card, we will process the refund by crediting the same credit/debit card used when the order was placed. Please note that refunds will take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers; - with Wojooh Beauty Rewards Points, your points will be credited back to your Wojooh Beauty Rewards account within a reasonable period of time. - cash on delivery, our Customer Service will issue a check
