Bought my GAMING PC from them, The guy named James is so knowledgeable! He answered all my questions at ease and even recommended stuffs that can make my gaming pc even better! He is their IT guru! Over all they have expert staffs who could deal with every question asked about all their product listing on website. Recommended!

I can just say WOW, very fast shipping, hour by hour update about my order status, to be honest as per my previous experience from online shopping from UAE, I didnt expect of such easy and good shopping. this guys are professionals, it was very good shopping experience, especially when you are not in UAE and online store dont care much about quality service

Yes, Item has to be unopened, factory sealed. Restocking fee applies, WIthin 7 days of delivery

Depends on product. From 1 week to 30 days.

Who pays for shipping back and re-delivering the item? pays for valid warranty claims collection and re-delivery

Can I return a product that has a malfunction and get my money back?

This depend on manufacturer and warranty claim result.

If an item I ordered turned out to be malfunctioning and Gear Up doesn’t have any other in stock to replace it, what happens then? fully refunds the cost if the item is not available for replacement.
