We inspected your order number 15214 in detail and as per our record it shows that you tried placing order for (Canon EOS 1300D Lens Kit - 18MP DSLR Camera 18-55mm 3.5-5.6 – Black) on 03-Dec-2018 through online payment option but you did not complete the payment. Moreover, our customer support team informed you about the payment failure and the availability of the product. Since the online payment went unsuccessful therefore the order was cancelled. Therefore, all you claims are FALSE and BASELESS.
