Tracking number for the shipment and invoice were automatically send via email. I would definitely buy from them again,

Gulf Micro Systems Return & Warranty Policies

Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?

CHANGE OF MIND RETURN: If you change your mind and decide to return your purchase, please contact us within 14 days from parcel receipt. Returned items/goods must be in "as shipped" in original sealed box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Once we receive item back, we will issue refund to you. In case of return customer is obligated to cover delivery costs. All brand-new products sealed by manufacturer.


Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from Gulf Micro Systems?

Refunds will only be provided if the order is cancelled due to the following reasons. Product not available Product damaged Product out of stock Cancelled by the customer


If I return the item, who pays for shipping the item back? Are there any other fees I need to pay to return the item?

In case of CHANGE OF MIND RETURN, customer need to pay for shipping.


How long will it take for me to get my refund from Gulf Micro Systems?

Refunds are subject to timelines from the customers' banks, and Gulf Micro Systems LLC will not responsible for any delays once the refund has been issued to the bank from our side. In Case of COD or Bank Transfer payment term term, we normally process the refund within 24 hours from day we receive the return.

What malfunctions or product problems do Gulf Micro Systems warranties cover?

If Items defect or not functional we do over that,, We dont do warranty for Software.


If there is something wrong in the product which is under warrantee, how long will it take Gulf Micro Systems to pick it up, fix it and deliver it back?

7-30 Days. Before return please contact us rather via email or fill out the RMA form into our website and wait for RMA number. Returns without Write on shipping label your RMA number. Item must be shipped within 3 working days since RMA has been issued. If you are unable to do that on time, please contact us immediately to change this deadline otherwise your RMA might be cancelled and return will not be accepted any more. Any shipping insurance costs paid by customer will not be refunded.


Who pays for shipping back and re-delivering the item?

Gulf Micro Systems LLC will pays for shipping back the items to the customer in case of any Warranty or RMA.


Can I return a product that has a malfunction and get my money back?
