Killer Lappy Deals Return & Warranty Policies

Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?

Only defective piece returns are permitted (even a very minor defect is acceptable) within 3 days of product purchase. It should be returned in the same packaging and condition as it is received.


Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from Killer Lappy Deals?

If the product is found to be defective within return and exchange time period then first we'll replace the product (if same item available in stock) otherwise you have choice to either take cash refund or take store credit which will remain valid till next 12 months to make a purchase on our website.

If the item is returned due to defect then all shipping cost will be borne by us. In other cases AED 30 has to be paid from customer's side.

Any problem in the HARDWARE due to manufacturer defect, not working product or not working as expected.


If there is something wrong in the product which is under warrantee, how long will it take Killer Lappy Deals to pick it up, fix it and deliver it back?

We will pick up the item within 2-3 working days through 3rd party courier after being contacted by the customer. We deliver the fixed or replaced item back to the customer usually within 3 to maximum 45 days depending upon the level of fixing.


Who pays for shipping back and re-delivering the item?

Shipping charges of around 60dhs for pickup and drop back have to borne by the customer


Can I return a product that has a malfunction and get my money back?

Yes you can get the money back if we don't have replacement of same model available which you bought. If same model replacement is not available then payment can be refunded as cash or store credit, BUT after 3 days we can either repair the product or replace if it's not repairable.


If an item I ordered turned out to be malfunctioning and Killer Lappy Deals doesn’t have any other in stock to replace it, what happens then?

We can refund back the amount in cash in such scenario.
