I purchased Royalford vacuum Bottle which is a good product i found. I got as per my exceptions. Before even i faced one issue but once i gave them a feedback, now on wards i get the package on time and good customer service. Good Job Mobileshop, hope you keep up the same.

I bought an LG G5 in 2016. Awesome Phone, superb features and stuff. Then it started showing problems. I contacted them to collect the phone as it was under warranty. 3 months, 4 emails, at least 25 calls and all in vain. Nothing good has come out except that I have a faulty phone and shitty after sales service. They say that the "Management" has changed and gave me fake numbers and address to get the phone repaired. And finally they tell me to take it to some other Service center because they cannot do it. Never going to buy  read more

low price but it was a mistake

VERY VERY BAD AGENT. it is a fake company providing a very low quality products. I bought iPhone from them and was not working (not starting up) and when sent it to them to repair it, no reply till now since 2 months and when went to their HQ office to complain, it was closed and there was no one even. they are very bad at customer service and I think not a real company just fake one making tricks by announcing low prices but in fact the products are faulty and never respect the warranty or even repair it.  read more

Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?

Yes returns are permitted however the box has to be sealed and in same conditions that it was delivered - no wear or tear, restocking fees may apply and decided on a case by case basis. For more info, please visit our website.

Mobileshop will exchange the product for you for another product from our website of the same or higher value. In case of a refund, 15% of restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

What malfunctions or product problems do warranties cover?

Mobileshop only provides a warranty of 1 year for factory defaults or malfunctions. The warranty is activated from the date of purchase or the date given on the invoice.

If there is something wrong in the product which is under warrantee, how long will it take to pick it up, fix it and deliver it back?

For any complaints about the product, kindly return the product with its original packaging, warranty card, original invoice copy and manuals and communicate to us within 3 working days of the date of delivery. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the product, we will thoroughly examine it and reply to the customer within 5 working days if they are eligible for an exchange.

Who pays for shipping back and re-delivering the item?

All shipping and handling charges are to be paid by the customer.

Can I return a product that has a malfunction and get my money back?
