Took 6 days to deliver an item due to "repackaging" (literally only 2 stickers on the original box from distributor). But it was delivered, hence 2 stars instead of 1. Total fail at providing information on warranty, after 2 emails. The item was delivered without any warranty information. I received a response that someone will get back to me but so far they have not. Basically, I have a product for which I received no warranty or response from the retailer on what warranty is available, and I have no recourse in case of an error.

I'm very disappointed for their service and experienced something really bad after making advance payment for the product. It is 29 days past I have placed the order but not received the product completely. Received only half of ordered items.
