Yes, the product must be unaltered, unused and in full saleable condition and in their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached. It must be returned within 30 days.
Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from Nass?
The customer will be refunded to their original tender type if they paid by payment card or PayPal. For orders paid for via cash on delivery service, customers will be given an online credit.
