We have a self-return policy. In order to return the product, you will have to pack the item and ship it to our address which will be informed to you in Email once you made your request for returning a product by sending us an email.

What malfunctions or product problems do New e-Trend warranties cover?
Most of items listed on New E-trend website comes with one year warranty, and depending on the brand of the item. For warranty claim send us an email on [email protected] with your order number, item to be repaired, issue of the product you are facing with, serial no. of the item. The items need to be send us back by your own cost. We only accept items in its original state and packaging, we cannot accept the item without the barcode or labels of the item box. The items will be inspected.
If there is something wrong in the product which is under warrantee, how long will it take New e-Trend to pick it up, fix it and deliver it back?
