Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?

You have the right to request a full refund on all products bought on our website within 14 days from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in an unused condition and the return must contain original packaging.

Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from Nordgreen?

If you are not fully satisfied with the product you received, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and we will provide you with further instructions, as well as a pre-paid return label. Once returned, we will refund you the full value of purchased products to the same account from which the original payment was made.

What malfunctions or product problems do Nordgreen warranties cover?

Nordgreen warranties cover every malfunction, except for defects caused by negligent or incorrect use, accidental damage and general wear & tear.

If there is something wrong in the product which is under warrantee, how long will it take Nordgreen to pick it up, fix it and deliver it back?
