Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?

Items can be returned within 2 days after purchase, in the condition of plastic wrapping is NOT been opened or damaged. Delivery charge also applied for returning of items, minimum of 35 AED and its subjected to increase depending on Omniyat’s availability of service. For the replacement, it will be done 1 time only. Replacing of items with the same model is allowable only before the 7th day after the purchase.

Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from Omniyat?

How long will it take for me to get my refund from Omniyat?

Within 15 days after Omniyat.net’s quality assurance officer approved that the item is subjected for refund.

What malfunctions or product problems do Omniyat warranties cover?

Omniyat.net covers the software problem of the items, damages made by the customer is not covered.

If there is something wrong in the product which is under warrantee, how long will it take Omniyat to pick it up, fix it and deliver it back?

Within 48 hours items will be collected, once Omniyat.net receive the item immediately will send it to the respective supplier for repair. After repairing, Omniyat.net also send the items next day.

Who pays for shipping back and re-delivering the item?

In cases of Dead on Arrival (DOA) product products must be reported immediately, Omniyat.net will provide free service if proven that the item malfunction upon receiving. Otherwise, customer will bare the cost of the delivery.

Can I return a product that has a malfunction and get my money back?
