Yes, it should be unused and with all Sephora tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in good condition and in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice, within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of by you

You will be refunded, it will be issued in cash. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
