What malfunctions or product problems do Shoppers-Kart warranties cover?

1 Year Parts only warranty


If there is something wrong in the product which is under warrantee, how long will it take Shoppers-Kart to pick it up, fix it and deliver it back?

Once product is picked up and arrives at our store we will send to service centre for repair and it generally takes 15 working days to fix the issue. Buyers will be communicated over a phone call when their product is ready


Who pays for shipping back and re-delivering the item?

Buyer has to bare shipping charges for pick up and delivering back the product ( Delivery Charges are AED 25 for Pick up and AED 25 for Drop off)


Can I return a product that has a malfunction and get my money back?


If an item I ordered turned out to be malfunctioning and Shoppers-Kart doesn’t have any other in stock to replace it, what happens then?

If the product upon receiving is found defective customer should inform us within 1-2 working days for replacement if not product will be considered for Repair and buyer has to take back .
