Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?

All our items are sources from authorized distributors. In the unlikely scenario that the products have a manufacturing defect, we will exchange the item with an exact same one as long as the original packaging is returned along with the product

Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from souKare?

We will exchange the product for the exact same one if the item is found to be faulty

If I return the item, who pays for shipping the item back? Are there any other fees I need to pay to return the item?

For Dubai orders, we will pick the items for free. For other locations, we would require that the items be shipped back to us
