Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?
For the benefit of our buyers, we aim to provide all relevant details on our website for each item along with their images. This takes a whole lot of effort to compile.Please make sure to select the right product as per your requirement as unfortunately, We do not accept returns. In the event of any manufacturing defect brought to our notice within 3 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement product at the earliest. We will need you to send back the product in its Original Packing with all accessories, instruction booklets, etc. that came with the pack (if any). Timelines of which will be informed to you at the time of generating a Return Request. A return request can be generated from your Account dashboard on Login. Although we take necessary steps to assure the correct product is delivered to you, in the event that a wrong product is delivered to you, please raise a Return Request from your login dashboard within 3 days from delivery and well arrange to replace it with the correct product.
Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from SupplyVan?
If I return the item, who pays for shipping the item back? Are there any other fees I need to pay to return the item?
