Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?
Yes, Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will NOT REFUND the following: - Gift cards - Action Figures - Free Gifts/Products bundled with FREE Gifts - Codes and Digital Cards - Products on sale - Customized consoles and accessories - Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery - Any item not in its original condition. We offer manufacturer warranty on defective devices by the manufacturer. We do not cover miss use.
If there is something wrong in the product which is under warrantee, how long will it take Yalla Gamers to pick it up, fix it and deliver it back?
It will take 2 working days to pick up the product from the customer and up to 10 working days to check the product depending on the fault, We will replace or fix. After the product is ready we will ship it back to the customer within 2 working days
Who pays for shipping back and re-delivering the item?
The customer pays a fee of AED35 in UAE and AED75 Internationally
Can I return a product that has a malfunction and get my money back?
Yes if the customer returns or notifies us within 3 days from receiving the product, if after 3 days and the warranty is valid we will follow the manufacturer report
If an item I ordered turned out to be malfunctioning and Yalla Gamers doesn’t have any other in stock to replace it, what happens then?
The customer will have the option to ask for a refund or store credit to buy another product
