Teka kitchen hood
On the 20 July 2022 I purchased a kitchen hood Teka brand. The promo code 'Newtojumbo' did not work therefore paid full price. Upon delivery we learn that the kitchen hood filter comes without the filter inside. Technician informed that this is to be bought separately. After they left, we realize that the side corner of the hood has a slight dent. Unable to reach customer care.

MS pro 7
item missing in box!! so i bought the new MS pro 7 that comes with a surface pen. had them install all needed MS package as well for lifetime. came back home, when i opened the boxes, turned out that the surface pen box is empty, the pen is not inside of the box! dono what to say, i have been chasing them for week calling everyday now to give me a surface pen, and they go by saying well CCTV camera didnt show anybody opened the box! so if i dont have the pen and they didnt take it  عرض أقل

they will deliver the defective piece when you do online purchase and ask to return in store nearby you. and they are waiting three days for confirmation from dealer for replacement. i bought it from jumbo online and paid them. whats it deal with manufacturer . if jumbo took the money from me its their responsibility to replace with good product and later on they can deal with their manufacturer . they will just waste your time and money . dont ever buy from jumbo

The store manager forced me to pay 250dhs to accept the return!! Really, who does this?? The product was not compatible with any other sound system, so I sadly had to bring it back. I brought it to the store the next day, perfectly packed in its original package, not a single mark even on the external cardbox. I am so shocked. I never imagined this could happen. Unbelievable behavior to take money from me. Short term gain that will very quickly destroy this retailer’s brand. Now customers will know where not to go shopping. Wonder why we all  عرض أقل

They have the worst service for online purchases. Don't deliver within any of the timelines promised and they also don't call or emall the customer to provide any form of updates. You have to follow up with them multiple times to get delivery at which point they will suggest you go collect the item yourself from their warehouse in Jebel Alin

Jumbo is just fooling customers to fetch their money, I am gonna review this store everywhere possible and make sure every customer should see it before coming to your store. I pre-ordered Note 10 from your jumbo and with it, Samsung is giving free 2 years damage warranty worth 499aed and jumbo is charging money for that same warranty which they are not even paying.. and when I asked that Samsung is giving free 2years damage warranty your staff lied and said no sir it's chargeable,... I made my order from jumbo verified account with my name Mobil number etc. the order was made with the same account name and the same name in credit card. after giving the order next day i receive email asking for my Emirates ID to verify. I send them the Emirates ID which is available in my system. unfortunately it was expired. even though they can verify the order is made by myself. they delayed the order only because of ID verification. Breo scalp massager
I'm very disappointed with this store (especially with staff in Al Wahda Mall). I ordered scalp massager. After 3 days it did not arrive (altought it was promised that it would arrive). Then I called them every day for 3 days (every time they said that it will arrive "tomorrow"). So, now I have no massager, leaving the country tonight and they're refusing to give back the money I already paid for massager. So, if you want to save time and money I advice NEVER to use JUMBO ELECTRONICS.

Computer service
I took my computer to Jumbo for computer repair - very slow and at times no boot. Also, battery not charging. Took one month to receive computer back - charged for new hard drive and new battery @ 1300 dhs. Battery not charged when picked up, but was told to charge at home and all will be good. Left UAE next day for one month trip away and found battery would not charge. Upon arrival back to UAE, took back to Jumbo to repair. Again, took 3 weeks plus to get computer back, with same battery problem. Left UAE for good day later,  عرض أقل

Jumbo online simply unable to deliver timely. They will call you to tell you they are delivering between X and X hour, you arrange to be there. And then they do not deliver. They cannot explain to you where they are, when they will deliver. I had previous experience before as well. I am giving up on these people. Souk.com is a million times better.

Absolutely the worst online shopping experience. Had to get the phone in a hurry to travel, and I was promised I could pay online and pick it up very next say. After countless phone calls, follow ups and run around (with clueless people at call center) I finally fought my way to PICK UP my own order after 3 working days. Save yourself the hassle and NEVER shop online with these guys.

I bought Iphone 7 from Jumbo, i really like their service, it is very easy and very fast. i just order yesterday then i got update within 1 hour then today morning i received my iPhone, i recommend anyone to buy from them

HP Laptop
I took my HP laptop to Jumbo Electronics in Dubai Mall, which they specified the fault within and gave me a specific period within which I should expect it to be fixed. They did not make any updates on the status of my order and the laptop was delivered very late in schedule upon which I came to discover that it has not been fixed at all , actually I was about to take it unfixed if It wasn't me who told them to put it on so I could check before I make the payment!!!!! I purchased a Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse, the price was very good and the got the order in time. They also notifiied me through SMS on my order status. Great service!

Devices come with Manufacturer warranty(Ranging from 1-5 years depending on the brand / category) Customers can purchase Jumbo Extended warranty (1 or 2 years) at the time of purchase, The obligation of warranty rests with the manufacturer of the product and thus it depends on the manufacturer’s policies and Terms and Conditions.

The repair period depends upon the authorized service center. However mostly devices can be expected to be repaired within 14 working days.

هل أستطيع ترجيع أحد المنتجات التي فيها خلل و استرجاع النقود؟

Only authorized Service Center can corroborate whether a device has malfunctioned and then recommend future course of action. The Service Center can either authorize a unit replacement or a credit note. If device is replaced then warranty is applicable from the original date of purchase. If Credit Note is approved then it can to be redeemed within 6 months
