Rumors about the Lenovo Moto M were roaming around for quite a while now as it was expected to be a flagship from Lenovo. However, now that the phone is officially here we know that most of those rumors were just rumors. It’s not packing a big battery or a high end phone like processor inside. It was released first in China and now it’s all set to be released in UAE with a different model number and different specs. To learn more about this phone including the Lenovo Moto M Dubai price, keep reading.
The Lenovo Moto M is a nice looking phone that comes with P2i’s nano-coating to make sure it stays that way even if you take it outside when it’s raining. However it’s nothing unique or surprising compared to other phones. The fingerprint scanner is placed on the back of the phone near the camera sensor. Its metal body design makes it look like a premium-ish phone with narrow edges and rounded corners. The 5.5-inch screen will be showing 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and 401ppi of pixel density. For those who are looking for bigger phones like this one, there is the Google Pixel XL and iPhone 7 Plus you can check out which are twice the really expensive compared to the Lenovo Moto M Dubai price.
One of the major changes in the Lenovo Moto M compared to its Chinese version is its processor. Instead of packing the MediaTek Helio P15 SoC like the model in China, the UAE version will show up with the Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz. There will be a 3GB of RAM model with 32GB built-in storage and a 4GB of RAM model like the Chinese version with 64GB built-in storage. Additional storage can be easily added thanks to the microSD card slot which will be using the second SIM card slot. It’s slightly disappointing as the Xiaomi Mi 5s and OnePlus X are almost in the same pricing range as this phone. These are already available which means no need to wait for the Lenovo Moto M release date UAE.
For a mid-range phone, the Lenovo Moto M is packing a decent 16-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. The rear camera comes with PDAF auto focus and f/2.0 aperture. Most of the mid-range phones pack only 5-megapixel camera so this should be a great feature to look forward to for selfie lovers. One of the disappointing feature of this phone is its battery size which is only 3050mAh. However, it comes with rapid recharge system. There is the Asus Zenfone Max 2016 with a big 5000mAh battery which is a good option for now as the Lenovo Moto M release date UAE has not been officially revealed yet.
The Lenovo Moto M is expected to be available for about AED 1200 when it’s here. As mentioned earlier we don’t know much about the Lenovo Moto M release date UAE but it should be here in December, 2016.
