Their website say that the item is in stock, i placed the order and it was confirmed by them. next day when i called to check on the status of my order, they told me it is out of stock. no one informed me while placing the order or after placing the order until i called to check with them. Note: their website still say that the item is in stock.

I have purched iphone from Awasonline. Very bad experience. Giving wrong information to me. They said it is new and original iPhone. but it was refurbished with low quality charger. After 5 days charger stopped working. Many times I asked them about the quality of the product. But they always misguided me. The same refurbished phone is available in Saudi Arabia with low price. But I decided to purchase from Awasonline only because of their statement saying it is new and original Iphone. Dear friends. never ever think of purchasing from Awasonline. Iphone se

I ordered an iphone se, when i got the product it dint hv the original seal from apple. The iphone wire init was fake. When i plugged into the phone it made some noises. When i contacted them about this they told me they will give me a reply.. still no response

oneplus 5

They dont respond to emails. You get an email confirmation without an order number. Not sure this is a valid company at all. I ordered two oneplus 5 phones and still waiting for any kind of response. In the meantime I have responded to the automatic email that came when I did the order to cancel the order.
