This company should be shut down. They lie to their customers and do not care about the money they spend, the time they waste, or the constant inconvenience they face dealing with Binge. I am still waiting on a refund that I should have received by the 12th of January at the latest and still I haven't. And my bank confirmed that NO REFUND was ever received by Binge. They buy their products from Amazon and markup the price outrageously. The least they can do is let the experience be a smooth one but no. There is no number  read more

this is a fraud online shop. the price is 3times higher so i expect it to come very fast. but when it reach in UAE i need to pay again for delivery charge? shit! dont charge for delivery if you will not pay until to reach it in my location. if i've known that it will be very delay i should order to othe cheaper online shop. i will never ever order in this shop again!!!

First time shopping in this site and it will be my last I canceled my order and every time I contacted customer service they just tell me to wait and it's been two months and I have not been refunded or receive any updates on my refund progress.

Please don't purchase here! I cancelled my order due to failure of delivery (reasons: customs delay, other items not available, etc.) Now here comes the sad part -REFUND! THEY DON'T CREDIT BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT. Customer Support is not even responding on your queries.

I pay 120 USD in an order which I order it on April 2020 and until now I did not receive, it is apear in the binge website : that the order received by customer.. I sent many emails to know why I did not got my parcel.. but I did not get any answer or email.. I try to call them but the number on thier website not working.. it is a fake company.. they even reply to you.. DON'T LOOSE YOUR MONEY..

Worst online shopping experience ever. Very bad customer service and quite unprofessional. I waited 3 weeks for an order that did not show up. They do not answer calls. Please avoid this company at all costs, as they are most likely scammers.

placed 2 orders, both delayed. second still didn't receive after a month. both times same excuse, one item missing. emails answered after more than 2 days, no one picks up the calls. not recommended at all

CDs
Ordered CDs at low prices, arrived earlier than expected. These items are hard to find here in UAE, so I took the risk of ordering in binge.ae even though they do not offer COD as mode of payment. So far, I am happy. I just gave 4 stars because one cd case is broken and they dont have COD, but in general, I'm a satisfied customer. I will order again.

Comic books
I purchased two comic books from binge.ae. Although they arrived on time, the comics where poorly packaged resulting in unwanted folds. Also you need to email the store for the location of your package but they never respond, so you will most likely need to call them. The store WILL NOT update the progress of your order and they will not even ask if you are satisfied with their service. Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from Binge.ae?

Customer will be refunded on the original payment method

If the product has arrived, damaged or not as advertised, binge.ae will cover the return shipping fee. For all other return reasons, AED 20 will be deducted from the refund along with a 15% restocking fee

Binge covers the manufacturer warranty if any

If there is something wrong in the product which is under warrantee, how long will it take Binge.ae to pick it up, fix it and deliver it back?

Binge will issue a collection the following day from when a request is made. Time duration for repair will depend on manufacturer.

Binge covers all shipping charges for products under warranty.

For any damaged item, a replacement will be provided. Returns are only permitted within the 14 days of receiving the item
