Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?
You can return your order by requesting a return within 30 days from delivery. Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and must be returned in its original condition accompanied by its tags. Merchandise showing any sign of use will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at the discretion of LN-CC.
Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from LN-CC?
The money will be credited via the same method used for payment. Please note that customs duties, sales tax on imports, as well as handling costs that were charged to the recipient by the courier, by order of the customs office, can be refunded only as a voucher.
If I return the item, who pays for shipping the item back? Are there any other fees I need to pay to return the item?
Outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes are not refundable.
