They are the worst customer care people to deal with. They took my laptop for repair and it has been a month with no updates. They dont want to replace it or refund it, and stopped answering my calls and emails. Do not buy anything from this place.

Attention Australians!
Australians should not purchase mobile phones from the Microless UAE. I purchased two mobiles and none of them worked in Australia.
We tried the following: Vodafone, Telstra and Optus – the big three telcos and got the same error message “searching network” and then “no service”.
When contacted Microless asking for return and refund they advised to send the mobiles back for checking. They checked on their end and sent the mobiles back to me advising that they are working and have no fault. Bottom line - I cannot use the mobiles in Australia. Other counties residents also should think twice when buying the mobile phones from them as they would not refund just because the mobiles do not work in your countries!

1. One Of the Worst Experience i had in whole life in Online shopping from Here. I placed the Ordr frm Bahrain Of 3 Watches and pay full amount in advance. Where as Including(Item actual price, Delivery Charges or Import Fee), It was around 96BD.
2. They Don't in contact with their suppliers.After 10 Days thy cancelled one of watch (Worth of that watch was around 30BD) by saying Supplier don't have it now in stock. So we will refund Your Item Price and delivery charges. They only Refund 30BD which was the actual price of watch not any delivery charges or Import fee that i already pay
3.Another Shocking thing happens here Now once i opened the Package. One of the two watches was totally dead, mean now I received one defective watch (Worth of that watch was 35BD) and one watch was ok (Worth of that watch was only 19BD) . SoI raise the request for replacing that defective item. Microless said, (their courier (SMSA) they will take the defective item tous frm u) Around 9 Days passed but noone came tome to take it bck, At last i Droped the itm by myself to their courier service (SMSA).
4. After getting that defective item they should have askedme either iwant toreplace the watch orwant the refund Amount. Bt thy didn't askedand proceed fr refund. Nd Thy refund me Amount of 35BD whichwas theactual amnt of watch nt any Delivry chrgs or imprt fee.
5. Now I am having only one watch. Actual Amount of this watch is only 19BD but it cost me around 30BD.

Hopefully their reputation gets them to actually do something to fix literally anything, just read any of the reviews here...do any of them make shopping here sound like a good idea?
I orderd a black case waited a week AFTER they took my money when i contacted them they said oh we ran out of the black case please take the white one. What kind of store sells products they don't have.read more

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life!! What you’re doing is illegal and cruel to be honest…Im a collage student from kuwait and I bought a gaming monitor, mouse and a keyboard. They contacted me a month later while my items were shipping to inform me that “the ducky keyboard isn’t available so we will replace it with another keyboard” They gave me no refund choice and told me I had to choose another one and when I said I didn’t want it I was ignored so I had to choose another in order to get my order shipped out… What kind of customer service is that? After receiving it I was like “okay fine i have no other option but to accept this and just choose another keyboard” and I asked them if I’ll get the rest of the money that i spent on the other keyboard back and they said “yes but it might take up to 14+ days or 40+ days and i was like okay. And then on the next day of me receiving the keyboard 7 keys weren’t working!!! It was the razer huntsman mini. I contacted the company right away and they didn’t respond until I spammed them for atleast 3 days… And when they did they told me they’ll handle it but they didn’t!! After contacting them on multiple platforms: Whatsapp, Instagram and email, they finally (a month later) told me what they will do about it. They said that if I send them the keyboard they will refund my money and then told me to go to an international delivery service agency which asked me to pay 100$ fee. They systematically sell items they do not have in stock (I have experience it twice now). When you call them, they will try to sell another item instead of the one you ordered and already paid for. Several reviews here on Trustpilot can confirm this pattern.
On their website, it says they have the given product in stock, but in reality they don't.

I ordered a motherboard online on uae.microless.com on 17th Jul which clearly stated delivery next day i.e. 18th Jul 2021 as per the website. After clicking on add to cart the delivery date was changed to 19th Jul, and after making the payment the delivery date again was changed - Estimated Delivery Date: Tuesday, Jul 20 - Wednesday, Jul 21.
I then contacted the customer service on telephone and also sent an email to the customer support with the screen shot and I only receive automated response as belowYour request (xxxxx) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email.
I again called the customer service and they called me back to inform they will deliver the product on 19th Jul. On 19th morning I called again to reconfirm and was assured that the delivery is already arranged for evening.
Then in the afternoon we called to check what time the courier would be delivered and was again informed by late evening.
At around 5 pm I realized the office may close and then the next few days are Eid holidays so I called back again and at this time was informed that the delivery is not possible because the product is not received as it is out of stock. I asked if I cancel and want a refund they informed after 14 days .Even now if I place an order the website says delivery on 22nd Jul ( today is 20 jul) 1 day increase as today is holiday.

I've been a customer to this shop since 2013 but...
I'm very disappointed with the service I'm getting from Microless lately, my level of confidence has severely dropped in doing business with them.
I bought a case for a customer, arrived BROKEN out of the box, I had to install the customer PC and give it to him, and I promised that this will be sorted out shortly (SINCE JULY - 3 Months ago) and I have been back and forth with Microless about the issue and the tempered glass being broken on arrival, I was told ASUS will provide replacement and nothing, I expect a level of competence when dealing with a brand but that is NOT what I got, at least for being a loyal customer you expect the shop to provide you a replacement side panel, instead "Sorry what we will do regarding this" is the reply I got from your representative.
I also posted a review of the case on the website and that was never published, I assume because it was a 1 star review of the case with the broken side panel.
Mind you, I have been a customer since 2013, since this store was called DTCAE before Microless, and I always recommended this store to my friends and my customers, but please know that I will probably NOT be doing that anymore and will start getting my parts from Amazon or elsewhere.

BE AWARE! This is completely unreliable store. The previous two reviews are written by their employees!!! I purchased CX500M which I wanted to pick up. After I called they told me "Sorry we don't have. We have different item. We will try and call you back" No body called and that was basically it. The same happened when I was inquiring GTX 1080 via their chat. On their web it clearly stated "in stock" and guided me to their payment. I rather asked first and I was told "Sorry we do not have it. We have different (not as premium) item." and on top of it when it come available 5weeks later they increase the price by 300AED. I personally will never try with them again as it is just big lottery and waste of time. read more
