Broken ASUS TUF GT301 Case

I've been a customer to this shop since 2013 but... I'm very disappointed with the service I'm getting from Microless lately, my level of confidence has severely dropped in doing business with them. Worst experience ever, the item was supposed to arrive june 8th, it’s june 9th and the status for the order is still (processing) i tried to contact them at every platform they have and still no response despite me sending on whataspp, their site, their help, and email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARBAGE SITE.

Microless Return & Warranty Policies

Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?

Yes, within 14 after the purchase, if the item is unused, still in its original packaging, is \'AS NEW\' and must include the invoice.

Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from Microless?

The customer can choose either option.

If I return the item, who pays for shipping the item back? Are there any other fees I need to pay to return the item?

The customer pays the shipping charges to return the item. There are no other fees.

How long will it take for me to get my refund from Microless?

At the time of receiving the item from the customer.

What malfunctions or product problems do Microless warranties cover?

Manufacturer defect, not working product or not working as expected.

If there is something wrong in the product which is under warrantee, how long will it take Microless to pick it up, fix it and deliver it back?

We will pick up the item within 2 days after being contacted by the customer. We deliver the fixed or replaced item back to the customer usually within 2 weeks.

Who pays for shipping back and re-delivering the item?

Microless Pays for these expenses.

Can I return a product that has a malfunction and get my money back?

If the item is opened then it can not be returned, but will be fixed or replaced by a new item and returned to the customer. If the item has not been opened then we can refund within 14 days of purchase and if the invoice is provided.

If an item I ordered turned out to be malfunctioning and Microless doesn’t have any other in stock to replace it, what happens then?

We will try to fix the item, and if that doesn\'t work out then we give the customer credit to buy another item from us.
