I recently purchased a 65-inch TV on November 1st from the Ibn Battuta store, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the experience. The TV was supposed to include an HDMI cable. However, when I asked if I could take it immediately, the consultant assured me the cable would be delivered with the TV the next day. The TV did arrive the following day, but the HDMI cable was missing.
When I reached out, I was promised it would arrive within the hour. Over the next few days, I contacted customer service seven times, each time hearing the same “dispatched” or “on the way” response. Finally, on my seventh call, customer service admitted the delivery was a mistake and that I’d need to pick up the cable myself from the store.
This has been one of the most frustrating shopping experiences, with customer care as unhelpful as the in-store staff. I don’t plan on shopping at this store again.
Two days ago, I shared my terrible experience with Sharaf DG, and their response was simply to ask me to send my inquiry to their support email, promising they'd do their best to resolve it. Now, two days have passed, and despite sending three reminders and spending 45 minutes on the phone with their call center, nothing has been resolved. I had a very frustrating experience with Sharaf DG. I purchased a Westport front-load washing machine, and it has been making an unbearable whistling sound during the spinning cycle. This issue makes it impossible for us to use.
I have repeatedly requested a return, replacement, or refund at the first day, but instead of addressing my concerns, they keep sending technicians to check the machine. I even lodged a complaint with Abu Dhabi Consumer Rights, but the situation remains unresolved because the technician submitted an incorrect report.

Last year, I purchased a Philips steam iron, which became faulty in less than six months. Instead of the steam coming out through the designated holes, it unexpectedly started escaping from the base of the appliance. When I returned it, they refused to issue a refund, opting instead to provide me with a gift card, effectively forcing me to make another purchase from their store. I had no other option but to use the voucher they issued to me, as they declined to return my money.
2 weeks ago, using the voucher they issued to me, I bought a Dyson V8 Absolute with an additional two-year warranty. I opened and assembled it the same day it was delivered, only to find that it wasn’t working at all. I requested a collection and a full refund (not another gift card), but since the item was picked up, I’ve received no communication or follow-up from them.read more

i hade to call /email them for 6 days so they return the item and refund me.
the customer care people are young, inexperienced, unprofessional, and unreliable.
you cant even trust what they are saying: they will tell you they have canceled the order, while they didnt!!!
i was not getting any cancellation email.
it was a headache, a real headache that made me regret buying online from them.

We purchased 2 products online and you failed to deliver it on time, customer call center is also not helpful or professional with zero customer care experience.
I have been lied to and till now products are not delivered.
I highly recommend not to purchase any products from Sharaf DG, there are better stores in Dubai who know how to treat clients.

Before buying a wristwatch (Claimed by compay: Orignal Fossil), I repeatedly talked to and confirmed from reps available on the official website chat and I was told that I should not be worried and they only have original stuff. But once I bought the watch and opened the box on eid I saw that the strap was sticking to the interior part of the packing and it was damaged from 4 different places, the watch itself was not in good shape, hands and subdials were not as described and inner hands were slightly tiled to left and not in their right place. Worst nightmare experience. Mossa was charge me for 541 Aed without informing me: I was expecting only 1 time charge of 49 Aed. I go back to the store realizing it was over charge so he insists that they can’t void since the transaction was completed. The manager was around but seems lost and doesn’t care about the complaints and just leave nowhere. I spoke their customer care team they are trying to void the transaction couple of times but it was unsuccessful; but still I don’t lost hope because I know how it works for card machine; I have better idea but still Moosa doesn’t care at all. After 11 months mobile stopped charging , I reach to Sharaf DG customer care they raised ticket for servicing, they picked up mobile phone for servicing and returned me in 4day. I surprised when I connected to charger, it was as it issue was not resolved. Again I called sharaf DG And here they started drama saying now your mobile is out of warranty so we can’t fix it. I keep explaining that old ticker which was raised during warranty is not resolved. And guess what they keep repeating same. They are not ready to understand very very simple thing that The ticket I have raised for servicing is NOT RESOLVED. I bought a Samsung phone in April and immediately there was connection issues with the phone. I called Sharaf DG and was told i cannot return to a store as I had bought online. I have never heard of this law as they are the same company. So they collected the phone and kept the phone for 18 days before returning the same phone. Immediately the same issues occurred, so I rang and said I want a new phone as I was not even told what they did to my phone when they collected it the first time. The lady stated, that is fine and we collect your phone and we will send a new phone to you. THIS WAS A BLATANT LIE TO GET ME OFF THE PHONE. I called back three days later to speak to another woman who told me that my phone is being repaired so I asked to speak to a supervisor. They said supervisor would call me today, he called 2 days later at a very late hour. He then told me that the phone must be sent back FOUR times before we replace the phone. I said i will be phoning consumer protection and then he said he would call me tomorrow. I am now flying in 2 days and I do not have a phone at all and I have been lied to by every member of their customer care team.
I feel ashamed as I know have lost my money using this company. I now do not have a phone or the money used to buy the phone.
I strongly urge everybody to AVOID this company.

It is an harassment as the CC team says they cannot do anything because the store manager is the one who has to take action and the store manager does not pick my call .And it is a mental torture for calling several times in a week to follow upwith your cc team who always ensure that some one will call back but no one ever did .Complain number is 4399537 Its been 08 days we locked this complian.
My friend who bought the same product the same day got only 01 bottles (2 litre) and the delivery boy said this is the only bottle they are giving to all. It means they are keeping one with them.
I am thankful to god that till today all products are working fine as i am 100% sure if i need after sales service Sharafdg will give same sort of NO SERVICE for that as well.
This was my first ever and last purchase from you and I will definitely share my feedback with others to save them from such mental agony.This is utterly shameful on your part that for such a basic thing you are harassing your customers .SHAME .

After purchasing 2 tablets discovered that one is wrong item , waited for few days for replacement, and inn less than a week one has an issue and when I take it to Samsung they said it's for other regions and not covered with them , called Sharaf dg told them about it and the urgency to fix they promised within 24 hours will update after sending to Samsung service Centre in time square , and 2 weeks following up and no one knows anything or have an update , 3rd week online team called after my 10th follow ups and ask them to refund as it been bad experience and they advise to reject the delivery if vendor sent , and they will update me within max 48 hours , still waiting for 2nd week and no single call from anyone ,
Only communication with Mr.Nelson customer service manager and his team whom knows nothing and they false promises.
Kids going to school for two weeks without tablet to study and had to buy new one extra to cover .

Last November 23rd, 2018... I purchased plenty of electronic household appliances in SharafDG Abu Dhabi Mall because it was during this time that we were moving to a new apartment. I spent more than AED 15,000 worth of purchases in that store in that day.
Part of my purchase is a BUNDLED unit of ASKO Washing Machine and ASKO Dryer which costed together at AED 5,891 + VAT. Since this is an expensive item, I clearly asked to have both units to have an additional 2 years Extended Warranty. Together with the other big value items that I also asked for extended warranty.
November 9th 2020, I was trying to call Sharaf DG customer service, which was VERY HARD to reach. And I also emailed them because I want to request a warranty claim since my ASKO dryer is not functioning properly.
November 21st, it took 2 weeks before their onsite technicians come and check BOTH units. So they check both ASKO washing machined and ASKO dryer. They said that the dryer had a motor issue and they will liaise the information to Sharaf DG so they can claim my warranty.
Only to be disappointed with numerous calls from them telling me that my dryer has no extended warranty. I find this VERY impossible because I clearly purchased extended warranty on the 2 appliances. Let's apply basic logic and common sense here because why would I put extended warranty on one unit and not on the other??? The machines were bundled together and I clearly requested for both to have extended warranty. read more

I did preorder, still, I didn't receive the item I never come across such worst commitment and support from any of the online store. I strongly recommend not to have any online transaction with them. I ordered a fridge online. It should have arrived 3 days after my purchase. Of course, they never called or followed up, I was the one who was calling costumer service every day.
After 5 days, I was calling costumer service (as usual), they told me that the fridge I ordered is out of stock and that I will get a refund in 7 to 10 days after 24 to 48 hours cancellation confirmation !!! (WHAT ?!!) (Almost 2 weeks)
I wish I have read the reviews before buying from this company.

Guys, Please stay away from #SharafDG, They are fraud and can not trust at all, since one month I am waiting for my #Flexipay conversion, but till date, I did not get any answer from them, I have paid for #Flexipay but #SharafDG could not able to convert it. when I call the customer service, they can not refund the amount. Subsequently what happened to me is, paid for #Flexipay + Need to pay my credit card penalty + Early settlement+ Customer care calls more than 2,3 hours, which cost me a huge amount.
#Sharafdg keeps its customer service just to #LIE on their customers, about a month I keep calling them and always the answer is "someone will call you back" But No one calls me till date. Finally, #SharafDG always wins and the customer always the loser.
I just saw everywhere most of the customers have a really bad experience with this #Fraud Company, just look at the Reviews. Since 2015 I was dealing with #SharafDG till today, this will be my last transaction and I hate #Frauds.read more

Furthermore, I was forwarded a tracking number that does not work and their contact centre is never reachable. The worst online store ever!!! I placed an order for a smart watch on 4th of May 2020, 5 days later on 9th of May I received an sms that my order was cancelled and that my refund will be processed. I used the chat support on the app, I received 2 replies and nothing more, I called the call center and I was put on hold for 12 minutes and no one spoke to me!!! The Sharaf DG charged me additional 312 AED for fexi payment administration charges but they did not do anything with the bank and the bank generated (25th APr) the whole amount in one statement. Unfortunately I placed an order 14 days ago. I followed up on line and kept being told the delivery will be tomorrow. The delivery company said that they had attempted delivery but as we are on a complete lockdown and i have not left my home is this is simply not true. The courier company that Sharaf use is TFM. In the end I have tried to call the courier company myself but they do not answer the toll free number. I would recommend someone like Amazon instead. Very disapointing from this leading Dubai retailer

I bought a Samsung Note 10 plus with some accessories online and it arrived late but I understand because of the current situation but when I opened the package I received a completely different model. I called Sharaf DG when I realized the mistake and asked for the correct phone to be delivered. I was told a driver would be scheduled for pick up and require the complete order including the accessories to be returned to the warehouse and hopefully stock would be available to resend my order. After explaining this she than told me I would receive a call the next day and of course no call. I have called several times and always told someone will call me back ASAP to follow up. Extremely Dissatisfied, I bought a steam mop online and it came with the incorrect power plug. I called Sharaf DG when I received it and asked for some feedback. Only to be told 4 consecutive days that I will receive a call tomorrow. Not to mention I never received a call!!!! I had to follow up everyday. On the 4th day of following up, I was then told to bring it into store for inspection so it could be returned and replaced appropriately.
4 days later, I had to follow up once again only to be told to go back into store to collect the item and buy a power adapter to be able to use the item.
I’ve accepted the fact that I had to purchase another power adapter but my simple ask was to get it delivered again and even that wasn’t possible.
Lesson learnt.
Don’t buy anything from sharaf DG online. They are falsely advertising products.

I ordered the online exclusive bundle for Note 10+ , the Phone delivery was really fast however the Free galaxy buds were not delivered.
on Delivery day , i chatted with customer care agent and he advised that it is pending from their side and i should expect it next day.
DD+1 , Chat again with new customer care agent , advise to call customer care ( Useless ).
DD+1 , Register a complain for delivery of the Galaxy buds.
DD+2 , Call customer care to follow up , surprise to see nothing is registered the day before. Call again during the day to follow up . They call me back to pick it up from MoE Store because i m traveling the next day.
I go to store to pick it up, Store customer care say they dont have anything.
Call back customer care over the phone , they say there was no one to deliver it to the MoE store so they will send it by courier on Saturday although i mentioned many times i will be traveling and someone will have to pick it up instead of me.
I m never buying again from SharafDG.

I order a package from the online store. Only one of the 3 items were delivered and I have been trying to get the items since the 15th of November with no luck. It is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The call centre keep giving me the same nonsense answer that they are forwarding my complaints/queries to the relevant departments, but nothing happens. They even ignored my emails for two days.
