Aquaphor
So I ordered a aquaphor, however it never arrived. They said that it was tried to be delivered 3 times but the funny thing is I was at home all three times. Then I of course contacted customer's service and they said I had to wait until the product arrives at their warehouse again. And long story short I wanted a refund because they said either a refund of the product or PAY AGAIN for reshipping. I ONLY GOT REFUNDED 4 EUROS OUT OF 16 EUROS and mind you I never gotten the product. They said I have to  read more

they withdraw the money. no order status updates. no email received. customer service is not responding. i wanted to cancel the order and get the refund but there is no option to do that in the website and customer services is not responding. i would not recommend to but from this website.very bad experience and i lost my money.
