Lava phones are mostly known as budget phones but there are some popular mid-range phones as well and one of those phones is the Lava A3. It’s a slightly pricy phone compared to some of their other phones but packs surprisingly good specs in this budget. To find out more about this phone including specs and Lava A3 Dubai price, keep reading.
Like most of the smartphones released nowadays, the Lava A3 packs a big 5.5-inch screen showing 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and 267ppi of pixel density. It might be disappointing to see 720p resolution in a 5.5-inch screen, but there is a positive side to it as low resolution, can lead to slightly more battery life. This display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The metal body design looks quite premium-ish but is not really unique as the back side will definitely remind you of other mid-range phones from Huawei. For those of you who are interested in checking out some more phones in the same pricing range as the Lava A3 Dubai price, there is the Motorola Moto G4 Play and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4.
One of the best features of the Lava A3 is definitely its camera. The rear camera is a 13-megapixel one and comes with Sony IMX258 sensor and f/2.0 aperture. To grab the attention of selfie lovers, the front camera is also a good 8-megapixel one and includes LED flash which is not really a common feature in most of the popular mid-range phones. Right out of the box, this phone comes with Android Marshmallow v6.0 with a customization of Star OS 3.3. As the latest Android Nougat 7.0 is available now, this might come as a disappointment to some users. There is the OnePlus 3T and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge if you want to check out some popular mid-range camera phones.
Running the latest apps and games shouldn’t be a problem as the Lava A3 packs a Mediatek 6750 octa-core processor paired with a surprising 3GB of RAM. Thanks to the 720p resolution and a decent 3020mAh Li-Po non-removable battery, it will be easy to pass a full day after a full charge. All the necessary connectivity options are included in the phone including LTE, Bluetooth, GPRS, microUSB v2.0 and GPS. The fingerprint sensor is another notable feature placed on the back of the phone. If you are just looking for a phone with big battery, there is the Asus Zenfone Max 2016 that comes with a whopping 5000mAh battery.
As mentioned earlier, the Lava A3 is a mid-range phone but it’s slightly more pricy than most of the phones by Lava. It’s available for around AED 600 at the moment. This phone is already available which means there is no waiting for the Lava A3 release date UAE.
