I never received my items!i ordered 6 perfumes they called me after 5 days to tell me that only 2 are available and they don’t have anyone to deliver them until 2 extra days!!!very inconvenient since I was traveling and taking the perfumes as gifts!

i ordered from sharaf DG online iphon sx max when TFM expresses delivery company shipped the item i Surprised the box was opened and inside the box iphone x counterfeiter .

I order a package from the online store. Only one of the 3 items were delivered and I have been trying to get the items since the 15th of November with no luck. It is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The call centre keep giving me the same nonsense answer that they are forwarding my complaints/queries to the relevant departments, but nothing happens. They even ignored my emails for two days. I have never had this much trouble shopping anywhere and I would strongly suggest that you do not shop from them as they clearly do  read more

Yes, within 7 days in original sealed packing along with a receipt. In case of an open box, a restocking fee applies

What malfunctions or product problems do Sharaf DG warranties cover?

All malfunctions or problems as per manufacturer warranties are covered. Sharaf DG operates authorised service centres for most leading brands, so you can drop your product off at any of our stores to get it repaired

If there is something wrong in the product which is under warrantee, how long will it take Sharaf DG to pick it up, fix it and deliver it back?

We give an estimated time depending on the type of problem, availability of spare parts and the estimated time taken to actually repair the product

Who pays for shipping back and re-delivering the item?

If it's a large appliance, we'll try and repairing it at your home, for smaller products please bring it in to any of our stores

Can I return a product that has a malfunction and get my money back?
