AVOID AT ALL COST. I ordered a Laptop more then 2 weeks ago and still haven't received the items. Furthermore, I was forwarded a tracking number that does not work and their contact centre is never reachable. To add to all this, after spending more then a hour on the phone to understand where is my shipment, I am informed that I will only receive partial shipment and they don't know when will I receive the remaining shipment. I strongly recommend that NO ONE EVER order Online from them. WORST EVER SERVICE EVER. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

Guys never buy from sharaf dg worst service ever fake promises of delivery all they do is take you money and later on inform that your order is cancelled ..get me my money back sharaf dg or i will complain on higher levels

The worst online store ever!!! I placed an order for a smart watch on 4th of May 2020, 5 days later on 9th of May I received an sms that my order was cancelled and that my refund will be processed. I used the chat support on the app, I received 2 replies and nothing more, I called the call center and I was put on hold for 12 minutes and no one spoke to me!!! Yes, within 7 days in original sealed packing along with a receipt. In case of an open box, a restocking fee applies

Refunds are given as Sharaf DG gift vouchers

What malfunctions or product problems do Sharaf DG warranties cover?

All malfunctions or problems as per manufacturer warranties are covered. Sharaf DG operates authorised service centres for most leading brands, so you can drop your product off at any of our stores to get it repaired

If there is something wrong in the product which is under warrantee, how long will it take Sharaf DG to pick it up, fix it and deliver it back?

We give an estimated time depending on the type of problem, availability of spare parts and the estimated time taken to actually repair the product

Who pays for shipping back and re-delivering the item?

If it's a large appliance, we'll try and repairing it at your home, for smaller products please bring it in to any of our stores

Can I return a product that has a malfunction and get my money back?

The first step in case of a product malfunction is to repair the product. In case that's not possible, we replace it with a new piece based on the advice of the manufacturer
