SweetCare Return & Warranty Policies

Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?

Our main goal is your complete satisfaction so we offer an “Easy Return Policy” where in you can make a return/exchange request of a product within 15 days of its delivery. Contact us communicating the intention to exchange or return the product, providing us with the order number and mention which products you wish to return or exchange. You will receive an email from us mentioning all the information you need for return or exchange the product(s).

Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from SweetCare?

Yes, SweetCare can refund the products value or give a store voucher to use on our store.

If I return the item, who pays for shipping the item back? Are there any other fees I need to pay to return the item?

Returns where the mistake was not originated at or by our store, we appreciate your understanding as SweetCare cannot assume the shipping costs associated or costumes fees that may be applied by the destination costumes agency as it is an International shipping nor assume new shipping costs.

How long will it take for me to get my refund from SweetCare?

The refund takes approximately 7 weekdays to be available on your credit card, or immediatly on your paypal account.
